Summary
Air-conditioned apartment located right next to the Tuileries Garden, to the Louvre Museum, and Royal Palace . Equipped with double windows, it is very quiet. The apartment overlooks both the street and the courtyard. It can accommodate up to eight people thanks to its three bedrooms with 180 * 200 cm bed and the sofa bed . There are 3 bathrooms ( two en suite ) and toilets ( one en suite ) . A toilet, bathroom and bedroom are located on the duplex part of the apartment and a bedroom .
Space
Apartment completely renovated in 2023. It is very bright with large windows. Great news, since the 10th of June 2025, the entire apartment will be fully equipped with air conditioning. It is located on the first floor with elevator. You will enjoy cooking good meals in a fully equipped kitchen: oven, toaster, kettle, dishwasher, Nespresso coffee machine. All the necessary comfort for a pleasant stay: - 3 very comfortable queen size beds - a comfortable sofa bed (has 2 single beds via 2 independent mechanisms) - a large living room - washing machine - dryer - dishwasher - hair dryer - TV connected to the Internet - microwave oven - fridge - freezer - kitchen utensils - towels - sheets - unlimited wireless internet (WiFi)

The Neighborhood
Located very close to the French Comedy, Louvre Museum, Royal Palace, Tuileries Garden, Place Vendôme, Place de l'Opéra, Place de la Madeleine, Place Concorde and La Seine. For shopping addicts: Châtelet-Les-Halles, Center George Pompidou, BHV, Les Printemps, Les Galeries Lafayette and Citadium are located at 15-minute walk from the apartment. In an upscale neighborhood with lots of luxury stores and restaurants. You are in the center of Paris!
Getting Around
Metro line 1 is at a 3-minutes walk from the apartment at Tuileries station. A little further, at 5-minutes walk away, you can take metro line 7 at Palais - Royal Musée du Louvre and metro line 14 at Pyramides. At 10-minutes walk away, you have the RER A at Auber. At 15 minutes on foot at Châtelet-Les-Halles, you have the RER A, B and D. You will also have the metro lines 4 and 11 there. There are taxis available within a 30 second walk from the apartment. You can also order an Uber or G7. Visiting Paris has never been so easy! You can also enjoy the view by taking the bus, bicycle and electric scooter.
Notes
Important: Renovations in the building have been completed since December 2024. Check-in is from 4:00 p.m. Earlier check-in may be possible upon request and subject to availability. An official identity document (national identity card or passport) will be requested upon arrival. In accordance with French law (Article R.611-42 of the CESEDA), all foreign guests must complete a police form and provide an official identity document (passport). To make it easier, we use a secure online check-in tool that allows you to upload a photo of your passport before arrival.
