This outstanding 75m² apartment is located on the 6th floor of a beautiful Haussmann building, accessible by lift. Discover this gorgeous, brand-new apartment located in the heart of Paris's 8th arrondissement. Designed perfectly by HABITAT PARISIEN to welcome up to six people, this deluxe living space combines comfort and sophistication. With a surface area of 75 m², the apartment offers two spacious bedrooms, each with their own en suite bathroom (shower and toilet), to ensure your privacy and comfort. The elegant lounge, with its sofa bed and alcove office, is a warming and relaxing space. The modern kitchen, fully equipped with top-of-the-range appliances, is as practical as it is chic - inviting you to cook and enjoy good times during your stay.
Guest Access
Once the keys are given, guests will have free and total access to the apartment which is equipped with it's own high speed wi-fi internet connection and television. All equipment, appliances and small household are at your disposal to feel like home! To note, the AC units are portable units, the window must be left open slightly for them to function. A baby cot can be provided upon request for a supplement for the entire stay duration.
The Neighborhood
The location is also perfect for all ages to soak up the Parisian atmosphere with the bars, restaurants and cafés that overwhelm the neighborhood. For shopaholics: Les Printemps, Les Galeries Lafayette and Citadium are just a 3-minute walk from the apartment. You can even take the kids to Disneyland on the direct RER A line, a 5-minute walk from Auber station. Its central location makes it perfect for tourists discovering the French capital on foot for the first time, being close to many famous landmarks and places of interest such as Opera Garnier, Place Vendome, Place de la Madeleine, Concorde and Le Jardin des Tuileries, Le Musée du Louvre, Le Palais Royal, Musée de l'Orangerie,... We also recommend visiting Paris's external tourist attractions, such as the Château de Versailles. ## Transportation This apartment is close to the following metro stations: - Havre - Caumartin (metro lines 3 and 9) - Madeleine (metro lines 8, 12 and 14) - Auber (RER A) You can take the Roissy Bus to/from Charles de Gaulle ( CDG ) airport. It's a 5-minute walk from the apartment. All 24-hour cab services (Uber, G7, cabs, etc.) are just 2 minutes away. You can also enjoy the view by taking buses 20, 21, 27, 29, 32, 42, 45, 52, 66, 95 and N15. You can even explore the city by bike (VELIB), as there's a station just a two-minute walk from the apartment.
